Summary:概要：
Identify and create new business opportunities through the use of Shiloh's lightweighting without compromise approach and demonstrate the ability to understand and predict the technical needs of our customers. Create and develop new product/process applications based on Shiloh technologies including Engineered Welded Blanks, ShilohCore, Engineered Metals, Aluminum Die Casting & Machining and others.
识别、创造新的商业机会，通过运用Shiloh轻量化不牺牲性能的理念，来证明有能力理解并预测我们客户的技术需求。基于Shiloh技术，创造和开发新产品/工艺的应用，包括工程焊接板，ShilohCore，工程金属件，铝压铸件及机械加工等。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. .基本职责包括（但不限于）如下：
1.Develop contacts with product and process engineers at customers and potential customers.
在客户和潜在客户那边，开展和产品/工艺工程师的沟通。
2.Present Shiloh technologies to customer engineers at all levels.
为客户工程师全方面展现Shiloh的先进技术。
3.Study the designed component and/or system and recommend improvements based on Shiloh Technologies
研究设计组件和/或系统，基于Shiloh技术提出改进意见。
4.Prepare engineering proposals and present it to Engineers & Purchasing.
准备工程方案并向工程师和采购介绍。
5.Study customer components/systems and create applications for Shiloh’s technologies using CAD, HyperMesh software and other necessary CAE tools.
研究客户的组件/系统并使用CAD为Shiloh的技术创造应用程序，HyperMesh软件和其他必要的CAE工具。
6.For advanced application development, take the lead role with Sales, Product Designers, CAE Engineers and Manufacturing personnel to ensure project details, directions, and expectations are clearly defined and communicated throughout the organization.

7.Provide advanced technical program management at the development phase of new projects. Involve Shiloh’s Program Management team once the project has been accepted by the customer.
在新项目的发展阶段，提供先进的项目技术管理。一旦这个项目被客户接受， Shiloh的项目管理团队就会一起加入这个项目。
8.Take the leading role with our internal estimating group, prototype department and other necessary personnel to support customer needs.
带领我们内部评估组，样件生产部门以及其他必要人员一起去支持客户的需求。
9.Attend customer meetings for up front engineering and launch support.
参加客户会议，为项目前期工程和启动提供支持。
10.Observe/monitor new technologies, competitors, OEM trends and report to management.
观察/监控新技术、竞争者们、OEM趋势并汇报给管理层。
11.Develop and maintain a plan for future platforms/applications to be targeted for Shiloh technologies and work closely with sales department to ensure successful award of the targeted work.
制定针对Shiloh技术的平台/应用程序的开发并维护计划，和销售部门紧密合作确保目标工作成功完成。
12.Explore new areas for Shiloh technologies within automotive and non-automotive markets.
在汽车和非汽车市场，为Shiloh技术拓展新的应用领域。

Requirements：任职要求：
Education and/or Experience 教育背景/经验
1.Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
机械工程学本科毕业
2.Four to five years related experience.
全日制本科毕业，4~5年的本行业相关工作经验。
Skills and abilities 技能
1.Computer Skills - Ability to use Word, Excel, and Power Point. Program Management or CAD softwares are preferred.
电脑技能- 会使用Word, Excel 和PPT。项目管理软件与工程绘图CAD软件等能力优先。
Additional Competencies 额外能力要求
1.Ability to visualize read and interpret 3D CAD data.
能形象化阅读并且解析3D CAD数据的能力
2.Ability to read and interpret 2D automotive drawings.
有能力阅读并且解析2D汽车图纸
3.Understanding of CAD and CAE principles.
能理解CAD和CAE原理
4.Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively present information to colleagues, internal and external meetings in or out of business hours
