Position Summary:

Supervise and Direct the Production Department to achieve the given targets, meet the Company requirements and be responsible for Producing & Delivery the products at the required Quality and the lowest possible Costs, including but not limited to:

- Timely Delivery of Quality Products on time according to customer requirements every time.

- Developing the manufacturing process & technology to Efficient the usage of labor, materials and utilities to achieve a cost effective production at minimum costs.

- Establishing and maintaining a safe and efficient production system for smooth line job implementation and targets achievement.


Major Responsibilities:

- Building, Managing and maintaining the production system development for capability and productivity improvement to support company business and sales objectives.

- Handling and solving all production line related problems to ensure daily job order under control of on time closing, efficiency achievement and quality compliance.

- Developing, Improving and optimizing effective utilization of manpower, machine, equipment, materials, facility and budgets, ensuring that the production is cost effective.

- Keeping close to control for line product and process quality control and production efficiency achievement.

- Develop and optimize the line training program to improve all operator's quality sense for line process and product quality compliance achievement.

- Maintaining and developing the safety production control for whole facility related production processes, fixtures, machine and equipments. Maintain housekeeping for whole production floor.

- Enhancing the HC management and Developing the group establishment program to improve subordinates responsibility and accountability

- Maintaining and improving a effective shop floor data collection and reporting System to ensure all related indicators will be clear reflected, monitored and tracked for corrective actions taken for improvement.


Requirement:


Education:

- College Graduated or above – preferred the background of electronic and Industrial Engineering

Experience:

- 10 years working experience in electronic company plus 5 years of supervisory and managerial experience for real production line and manufacturing system control and management.

Specific knowledge:

- ISO, ERP system, Lean manufacturing, Safety production, shop floor data collection and tracking, Electronic engineering related to EMI filter or PFC chock will be better. SMT/Assembly process control experience is necessary.

Competencies:

- Strong leadership & project manage skills, independent thiking strong organizational and planning abilities, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, high responsibility and accountability are exxential.


Other requirements:

- Decision making for problem solving together with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance departments per time - base control.

- High sensitive for Problem pointing out and Potential Risk identification.

- MUST RESIDE (OR BE ABLE TO RESIDE) IN KUNSHAN
