Position Summary:
- Lead the Manufacturing Engineering Department, design, develop and maintain the manufacturing processes related methods, technologies, tools and fixtures to assure good product process and assembly while maintaining the high quality and cost control.

- Should coach the production engineering team to resolve and finish all production related issues and work in a timely manner.

Major Responsibilities:
- Maintain, develop and optimize existing production in the areas of processes, maintenance, tools, fixtures and testing.

- Lead the NPI process and develop production related process methods, tools and fixtures for project quoted purposes achievement.

- Continuously inprove product or process performance by design, develop and providing tools, methods, technologies and processes which would improve cost, delivery and quality to customer.

- Act as the overall technical authority responsible for the manufacturing processes issues analysis and resolving in a timely base.

- Make sure manufacturing related documentations is correct, clear, easy to understanding, up to date and available for the production use.

- Identify and cerate new process improvement programs every month to optimize existing processes per Lean manufacturing and six sigma minds and concepts.

Requirement:
- Education:
University degree in Engineering or technical field.

- Experience:
More than 8 years eperience in industrial / process / manufacturing engineering and Min 2 years as supervisor or manager.
More than 4 years working experience in an electronics manufacturing business desired.

-Specific Knowledge:
Familiar with details and the implementation of NPI process, manufacturing design and development, tooling / fixture design, development and maintenance and etc.
Expert knowledge of PFMEA process and principles.
Lean manufacturing or similar training and demonstrated success(preferred).
Six sigma or project management training and demonstrated success(preferred).
Strong understanding of the technical documentations such as drawing and test sheet.

- Competencies:
Flexible, able to rapidly respond to new situations and to perform multiple tasks.
Excellent problem analysis and solving, interpersonal communication and tasks management skills.
Considerable creativity and initiative, Strong leadership, Goal oriented and persistent.

- MUST RESIDE (OR BE ABLE TO RESIDE) IN KUNSHAN
