Position Summary:

Responsible for the company related Quality & Environmental management system establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement, ERP system maintenance, customer and third party audit support, related process and requirements introduction and creation for related laws and regulations compliance assurance.
负责公司质量—环境管理体系的建立，维护和持续改善， ERP系统的维护，辅助 客户和第三方审核，就相关的法律法规建立建立相应的内部流程和要求以确保符合性。


Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain quality &environment management system including RoHS and REACH to satisfy regulatory and customer requirements.建立和维护质量和环境管理体系以满足法律法规和客户的要求。

2.Arrange and coordinate the internal audit and regular process audit for quality management system.安排和协调内部审核和制程审核。

3. Responsible for right/latest BOM and product description created in ERP system, and make routine audit for effective ERP product configuration system maintenance．负责将最新的正确的材料清单和相关的产品描述建立在系统里，并进行日常的稽核来有效维护ERP系统里的产品结构系统。

4.Support the customer audit and other third party regular audit, push and monitor prompt actions have been taken for any nonconformance found for process compliance and improvement.辅助客户及第三方的审核，对于任何发现的问题推动和监督内部采取及时有效的措施以确保流程的一致性和持续改善。

5.Implement the training related to quality management system and ERP system per need 根据需要提供相关的质量管理体系和ERP系统培训。

6.Responsible for the Calibration program and Support QA manager monitor, report and improve system process deficiency and plant level matrix performance. 负责校验项目，辅助质量经理监督，汇报和完善系统流程及公司业绩。


Requirement:

1. Education:
College degree or above, major in quality engineering is prefer

2. Experience:
More than 3 years quality system engineer experience which including the ERP system operation, have the experience for the internal audit leading and customer audit coordination.
有三年以上质量体系工程师的经验包括ERP系统的操作， 有过领导内部审核和客户稽核的经验。

3. Specific knowledge:
Familiar with ERP system and quality system of ISO9000, ISO14001 and TS16949and prefer to have the related internal auditor certificate, Knowledge in Control plan, FMEA, SPC, Cpk, Gauge R & R, and quality tools.
熟悉ERP系统的操作和ISO9000, ISO14000，TS16949质量体系,有相关内审员经验最好, 熟悉CP, FMEA,SPC,CPK,MSA 和QC7大手法。

4. Competencies:
Systematic and teamwork, independent, self-motivated, Good at observing and learning, with good receptivity. Be able to work under pressure, capable to English reading and writing.
系统性强和团队合作， 独立， 积极，善于观察和学习， 接受能力强，能够承受压力，能用英文读和书写。
