Job Description 工作职责:
Being responsible for receiving, putting on shelf, preparing and putting out. Meanwhile, taking charge of storing the finished goods.
负责材料组进料、上架、备料、发料等；负责成品组成品。
Making sure of keeping safety store, proving the status of excess and the status of stock and decreasing stock
确保材料安全库存，提供材料呆料和库存状况，降低库存。
Responsible for log. Process improvement and KANBAN pull system implementation and internal training.
负责物流过程改进，看板系统实施和培训。
Establish and optimize the procedure of warehouse operation, support production plan execution；ensure supplies of production lines
建立仓库标准作业流程，满足生产计划的作业要求；确保生产线的供给。
Monitor visual management system: deploy visual FIFO and install physical alert systems.
监督仓库目视化，先进先出及物料预警系统。
Coordinate with other dept. interface for shop floor daily issues.
负责就现场日常事务与其他部门的沟通和协调。
Ensure other function of warehouse, and responsible for warehouse team member’s performance.
确保仓库的其他职能正常有序进行，对仓库团队成员的工作完成情况负责。
Ensure the deployment of the Employee empowerment tools(Monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups)
确保授权范围内管理工作展开执行（月度会议、合理化建议、自主团队）


Job Requirements 任职要求:
College degree or above, over 6 years warehouse management and inventory control experience in manufacturing environment(mandatory)
大专或大专以上学历,6年以上制造业仓库管理及库存管理工作经验(必须).
Experience in shop floor management and warehouse working procedure.
有现场管理经验,熟悉仓库工作流程
Keen in lean production, industry engineer, TS 16949 system management, visual management
熟悉精益生产,工艺工程,TS16949体系管理,目视化管理.
Good communication skill and aggressive working attitude
良好的沟通技巧及正面的工作态度
Strong office software and ERP(QAD)
熟练使用常见办公软件及ERP(QAD).
Good English both in oral and written is preferred.
良好的英语口语及书面英语优先考虑.
