Finance supervisor

Job Description

1: Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, payment run and banking activities
2: Maintain, review and signed off A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets and Bank Account reconciliations on a monthly basis
3: Control spending/commitment for the company capital expenditure and general expenses
4: Ensure reconciliation of inter-company accounts,
5: Training of the accounting team to improve their controlling and accrual accounting acknowledge
6: The closing of books in a timely manner and Prepare the monthly, quarterly, yearly report ( IFRS and PRC GAAP)
7: Set up rules and procedures to ensure proper implementation of all accounting policies (IFRS and PRC GAAP).

Experience and knowledge
1: Bachelor's degree in Finance
2: 3 to 6 years of professional experience
3: Good accounting knowledge and tax knowledge
4: Familiar with ERP system, BPCS preferred and excel、word 、PPT
5: Proficiency in oral, reading and written English, oral is a plus.
