一、会计主管：
1. 负责公司的会计核算工作，承担相应的财务管理职责；
2. 贯彻执行国家会计法规和公司制定的会计制度及实施细则
3. 负责会计分录准确性的审核，及日常会计业务的指导、监督，确保每一笔会计业务处理恰当，并对审核中发现的问题及时汇报，规范操作；
4. 按照经济核算原则，定期检查，分析公司财务，成本和利润的执行情况。挖掘增收节支潜力。
5. 考核资金使用效果，及时向集团财务部经理和财务总监提出合理化建议。
6. 年终财务决算预算的编制、汇总上报等工作。
7. 协助完成外部会计审计和各种税务审计；
8. 协助集团总部及公司开展财务部与内外的沟通与协调工作；
9. 公司领导交代的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 年龄25~40岁，苏州本地户口，企业不提供住宿。
2. 财务会计专业大专以上学历。
3. 3年以上酒店服务公寓财务主管工作经历，熟悉酒店服务公寓各个岗位的流程。
4. 熟悉财务软件及其他办公自动化。
5. 熟悉税法及财务法等相关法律法规。
6. 协调能力、沟通能力、判断能力和团队管理能力强，工作细致严谨，踏实敬业，原则性强，具有一定的抗压能力。
