Junior college technical degree or higher;
Several years experience in a technical or production environment is required, preferably in the metal industry;
Technical experience in sheet metal forming or in CNC lathe & amp; milling is a strong plus;
Proven analytical insight and problem solving;
Teamplayer;
Experienced teamleader is a plus
Sufficient English communication;

Job Description:

Be responsible for the implementation of new machines and processes, as well as for continuous improvement activities;
Determine for every machine and product the optimal production parameters and conditions in order to deliver a stable and high quality product;
Analyze, prevent and resolve process and product problems;
This job will grow into a production team leader position;

Company Description:

Culobel is an industrial Group with head quarters in Belgium and branches in the Czech Republic (production plants) and China (trading company). For it’s further expansion, Culobel decided to set up a production facility in Suzhou by end of 2011, to produce sheet metal components and small (welding) assemblies for the local Chinese market.
