Responsibilities:

- Responsible for contacts and communications with customers, provide technical support and maintenance to customers
- Provide training to customer about product operation, maintenance, and knowledge on spare parts

- Coordinates and conducts installation and maintenance activities independently.

- Identify customers' service needs, optimize customer satisfaction and assist sales efforts.

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree, major in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering;

- Capable of reading mechanical drawing, electrical circuit schematic;

- 2 years relevent field service experience on mechanical equipment

- Basic computer and software skills.

- Can communicate in writing/oral English and Chinese

- CET 6
