工作要求：
1.二年以上的汽车行业产品检验相关工作经验；
2.能看懂图纸，并理解图纸上标注的要求；
3.熟悉常见喷漆、注塑缺陷；
4.熟练使用通用量具、综合检具；
5.熟悉外观件的判断标准；
6.有良好沟通技巧和团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳；
7.能够根据工作需要翻班和加班；
8.纠正视力1.0以上（检查外观件）；
9.无色盲、色弱（检查外观件）；
10.了解和使用统计概念，例如：变差、控制（稳定性）、过程能力和过度调整。

岗位职责：
1.根据检验规范进行检验，并真实准确的录验检查结果；
2.对产品做出正确判断；
3.确保不合格物料的及时隔离并处置；
4.做好工作区域的5S工作；
5.做好检验记录的分类整理归档工作；
6.做好各种样件的整理工作；
