岗位职责：

1.Lead material incoming team to set up inspection program,
take regular reliability test for key components. In charge
of defective material disposal with responsible suppliers.
2.Establish and maintain SVPP process. Plan and perform
supplier audits, work and communicate closely with suppliers
to control and improve their quality.
3.Analysis responsible components defects from incoming
inspection, production, commission and warranty. Take
corrective actions(Supplier PCAR) to improve components
quality.
4.Work closely with engineering & service team &customer to
lead supplier quality improvement.
5.Develop and Manage programs for the selection, approval,
monitoring and development of suppliers in line with quality
performance.
　
任职条件：

1. Bachelor degree in engineering or manufacture or mechanic.
2. 6 years' working experience in Supplier Quality
Assurance/Quality Control function preferably with a foreign
invested manufacturer of industrial products; Quality audit
experience; ISO / QS audit training preferred.
3. Project management/program management skill and good
communication skill.
4. Reading and writing proficiency in English, Ability to
communicate in English preferred; MS Office proficiency
including word/excel/project/access/powerpoint
