Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree and Major in Engineering or related;

- More than 5 years related working experiences;

- Experienced in Project Leadership, particularly planning and meeting timelines;

- Experience in plastics molding and assembly. International company preferred;

- Experience in Pump Assembly a plus;

- Experience in PPAP, FMEA, SPC;

- Experienced in carrying out capability studies on equipment and processes;

- Quality assurance experience in Quality Systems & Procedures;

- Good communicator. Team player;

- Good command of English, written & spoken;

- Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft office, word, excel, Project.

Responsibility:

- Transfer manufacturing and assembly operations from overseas plant to China;

- Develop procedures and work instructions for assembly operations;

- Work to engineering standards and drawings;

- Create control plans for new product introduction;

- Install Quality procedures & processes;

- Lead a project team consist of engineers of manufacturing/process, Quality, sourcing and other supportive team members;

- Develop and monitor detailed project plans and schedules;

- Meet and beat project deliverables for quality, cost and delivery.
