Common Duties and Responsibilities: 岗位职责
？ Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of raw materials, in- process products, and finished products.
？ 按照实验室既定程序和测试要求进行原材料，半成品和成品进行质量测试
？ Record results, perform calculations, and prepare simple technical reports in English, including conclusions and recommendations.
？ 记录结果，进行计算，用英语准备简单的技术分析报告（包括结论和建议）
？ Follow instructions and checklists to set-up test equipment and product prototypes.
？ 按照说明书和检查单来设置测试设备和产品样品搭建
？ Perform daily administration and routine maintenance and safety checks on laboratory equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
？ 执行实验室设备的日常管理，例行维护和安全检查，确保设备工作正常
？ Provide technical support to production and sales
？ 为生产和销售提供技术支持
Competency 任职要求：
？ Be able to operate machine, power tools, and other lab instruments
？ 熟练操作机加工设备，电动工具和其他实验室仪器
？ Knowledge of local industry safety standards
？ 具备国内工业安全标准知识
？ Be able to conduct simple trouble shooting or other analysis
？ 能够进行简单的故障解除或其它分析
？ Normally Reports To: R&D Manage
？ 汇报对象：研发经理或实验室经理.
？ Minimum Qualifications: technical school/college
？ 技校或大专及以上学历
？ Years of Experience: 1 to 4
1-4年相关工作经验
？ Able to command English fluently both in writing and speaking.
