POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor degree in Manufacturing / Industry / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
Experience: Five years or more related experience in EMS Electronic manufacturing. Be a strong communicator and excellent team builder. Good experience in ISO/TS16949 quality system.

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE
This position is responsible for all aspects of Electronic Process Engineering activity in H/BAS Suzhou operation. This includes: Planning, directing and controlling SMT boards assembly, final product assembly processes to produce exceed customer expectation quality products. Strong team leadership and team work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Lead and coordinate initial product transfer, new product launch and all other technical projects implementation.
2.Work with AME and/or other function staff to achieve successful product launches and SOP.
3.Develop and prepare process flow and WI for all product assembly processes. Maintain & upgrade in accordance to customer and quality system requirement.
4.Continuous process improvement through upgrade assembly technology and process implication.
5.Manages and lead subordinates to support daily production activities to deliver required production target and all other manufacturing measurable.
6.Develop and design / fabricate jig & fixtures and gages according to process requirement.
7.Continuous to drive and lead to improve process performance to attain high first-pass yield, lower production scrap and optimize labor utilization.
8.Identify and select equipment, process improvement, environmental activities, provides technical support for mfg operation needs.
9.Identify and propose new equipment that could reduce operating costs and analyze different tool design for cost and production efficiency.
10.Participates to implement and maintain ISO/TS16949 quality system.
11.Performs any other duties as assigned by his supervisor to support the operation.
