Job Requirment:1.Bachelor degree or above / 本科或以上学历
2.Solid KA management experience, need to be able to communicate effectively to senior management in target companies / 良好的客户开发及管理经验,能与目标客户的高管进行有效的沟通交流
3.Must have the experience in sales of fasteners / 必须有紧固件行业的销售经验
4.Good business sense and sound commercial knowledge / 具备良好的商业感觉及知识.
5.Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and coordination skills, proactive, good at impacting and convincing others / 良好的沟通，协调及说服能力. 谈判技巧
6.Good command of oral and written English / 熟练的英文交流能力
7.Good motivator, strong "can-do" attitude, hard driving for results, analytical / 工作勤奋,积极主动,善于分析
Job Responsibility:1.Formulate customers strategy and operating principles / 制定客户策略, 及操作原则.
2.Develop sales forecast and plan to achieve sales objectives in the region / 为达到销售目标制定相应的销售计划
3.Develop new customers in new market and maintain relationships with current customers./ 开发新客户并保持和现有客户的关系
