Job Description:

1.In charge of coordinating with Quality Control regarding incoming materials inspection procedures and methods.

2. One of a team who will visit and evaluate potential vendors to assess their ability to produce materials which conform to our specifications.

3. Responsible for assuring that current vendors’ processes are capable, and that they are performing appropriate in-process checks to produce fit product

4. Responsible for assuring vendors complete their own first article inspections, and for verification of those inspections to assure their subsequent release in co-operation with Headquarters
5. In charge of issuing Defective Material Reports to the suppliers, execution of defect analysis in case of problems, and for defining corrective action with the supplier to prevent unqualified materials from reaching Incoming Inspection, the production line, or the field.

6. In charge of Follow up, to record and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventative supplier actions

7. Responsible for final disposition of materials and for the completion of all action items required to clear defective materials: (rework, return for credit, material evaluation, corrective action reports, etc).

8. Optimize test procedures at suppliers; decide on release of parts and components in special cases on site

9. In charge of regular assessment to supplier and quality performance management, including continuous safeguarding of quality assurance and pre-shipping inspection at suppliers by use of defined measuring equipment

11. Other temporary duty assigned by manager.

Qualification required:

1.Bachelor degree, major on mechanical or electrical etc. English is good.

2.Above 5 years experience in international company for supplier quality management.

3.Strong knowledge of quality/process management and computer skills.

4.Good negotiation and communication skills.
