职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the integrity and compliance of the financial reporting process and financial statement
- Prepare business plans, including annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, strategic plans to meet company business budgeting.
- Create and translate operating plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure that the organization achieves its financial targets; recommend appropriate corrective action as needed.
- Prepare appropriate price-volume analyses to identify market trends and profitability impacts of market place factors.
- Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets; provide management with direction for achievement of corrective action, where necessary.
- Manage directly the activities of the Accounting functions.
- Will negotiate, review and approve significant contracts.
- Will submit periodic reports to appropriate personnel as assigned.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- 5+ years related experience
- Bachelor degree or above with an emphasis in accounting.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent PC skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent managerial skills.
- Excellent oral and written English skills
