职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Be in charge of overseas customer orders, Timely monitoring the pending orders status by previously raise the alarm on orders potential to be delayed.(weekly)
2. Tracking & monitoring the open orders compared with the rolling forecast to drive & push inter-com customers to realize the orders
3. Driving & monitoring the orders process to achieve reliable orders confirmation prompt feedback 90% in 3 days based on result of production orders feedback records.
4. Analyse Non& Slow moving FG and propose to reduce the non-moving stock.
5. Submit the weekly (every Monday afternoon) reports of back-orders, customer confirmation date in 3 days, sales forecast report, unformed orders
Working Experience:
1. Have 3-4 years of customer service working experience in multi-foreign investment company
2. Be familiar with SAP system and Office 2000
3. Good Reading & Written English
4. Good communication skills, not only with the customers, but also with internal teams
