Responsibility:
1.Identify continuous improvement project opportunities and complete continuous improvement project proposals, including financial justification as needed.
2.Lead multiple continuous improvement projects simultaneously.
3.Use project management methodology to manage assigned continuous improvement projects.
4.Design and analyze experiments and studies using advanced statistical methods.
5.Communicate and report continuous improvement project status to management, project champions, and process owners on a regular base.
6.Transfer continuous improvement knowledge to other Engineers and functions thru internal training and workshops.
7.Establish Kaizen program & teams and teach each team members continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Discipline with coursework in statistical methods. Six Sigma and TPM training are preferred.

Experience: Five to ten years continuous improvement project experience in manufacturing environment. Successful completion of at least three continuous improvement projects is required.
