General Manager (manufacturing)
Our client is an US Listed Fortune 500 global market leader in Manufacturing industry. We are seeking General Manager to manage their expanding business in PRC.
Title: General Manager
Report to: Vice President
Salary: (0.8 Million -1.0 Million) Base + Bonus
Location: Suzhou
Duties:
Manage the whole operation of the factory
Responsible for the P/L of the factory.
Communicate with customers to build long term relationship
Increase productivity and operational effectiveness using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
Co-operate and participate with internal departments for corporate operations, planning, and other activities
Requirements:
Degree or above in Industrial Engineering or any other related Engineering disciplines
10 years or above related working experience
Proven practice of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
Strong communication and people skills.
Strong leadership
Good at both spoken or written of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
