职位描述

工作职责:
- 协助开发并执行公司市场战略。
- 管理公司所有与市场相关的服务供应商,确保预算、时间、质量等符合要求。
- 开展各类市场调研,协助开发具有说服力的市场销售材料(包括产品文件、白皮书、法律意见和各种成功案例)以更好的影响客户。
- 开发并管理各种活动,优化社会宣传渠道包括广告、在线研讨会、展览会、邮件宣传、报纸等。
- 管理公司市场策划和各类营销媒介包括:公司介绍、碟片、宣传册、网页、标志以及客户接口。
- 策划并执行促销活动以刺激平台使用
- 使用社会媒体等渠道增加公司品牌影响力


职位要求:
- 市场营销等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 3年以上正规公司的市场营销工作经验
- 优秀的中文撰写能力,良好的英文读写能力
- 出色的人际交往和社会活动能力,善于协调、沟通,责任心、事业心强
- 能及时掌握与人力资源和员工忠诚度相关的专业、行业知识;
- 具有宏观思维模式,视野广阔,跳跃型思维的人才。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PS
- 审美观强
- 积极向上,‘能做’的态度

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of a marketing strategy for the company
- Follow up with and manage all outsourced service providers including budgeting, timeframes, and work quality
- Conduct research and assist in the development of compelling sales and marketing framework (including product documents, white papers, legal opinions and case studies) to engage and educate customers, as it energizes the market around new products and features, and generates in-bound leads
- Assist in the management of all advertising activities including the development of a refer-a-friend program, optimizing search and social ads, webinars, trade shows, email marketing, social events, newsletters, press releases etc
- Assist in the management of the Companies PR campaigns and corporate presence including content, video presentations, PPT presentations, brochure design, logo, website, client interfacing etc.
- Formulate and implement promotional activities to stimulate program usage
- Build company branding through channels such as social media


Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above major in marketing related
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience
- Excellent writing skill with good English reading and writing ability
- Excellent communication and coordinating skills; high responsibility.
- Ability to catch HR or employee loyalty related knowledge and expertise.
- Thinking out of box; willing to learn and creative.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PS
- Sensitive to fashion and good taste
- Happy, positive, and “can do” attitude
