Job Description:
1.Assist sales to track project and maintain good relationship customers according to business focus
2.Assist sales in new customer projects such as customer specification study, cost calculation, quotation, sampling, etc
3.Work closely with sales to collect and analyze customers' forecast, maintain safety stock
4.Deal with daily requests from assigned customers such as processing customer orders, following up order delivery, invoicing, as well as manage AR, etc
5.Work closely with design/engineering function for production preparation and ECM
6.Work with planning and production function to achieve on-time delivery, optimize cost and customer service
7.Continually track e-factor for related customer order and initiate improvement action plan
8.Other tasks assigned by the functional manager
Job Requirements:
1.University degree in mechanical engineering
2.At least 6 years' experience in mechanical industry, experience in both product design and sales highly preferred
3.Good knowledge in metal processing such as laser cutting, welding and CNC machining
4.Familiar with ERP and knowledge in manufacturing cost calculation
5.Good English skill, both spoken and written
6.Good communication skill and a team player
7.Familiar with requirements from food or medical industries, a plus
8.Honest and careful
