Job Description:

1.Lead the sales force to market our conveyor products as well as develop new OEM customers in Asian market
2.Develop market strategy and conduct marketing activities to achieve the annual sales target and other KPIs related to marketing/sales
3.Develop and maintain a good customer relation
4.Be responsible for the development and implementation of an action plan to create a competitive distinction through the application of our technology in the customer's emission system applications
5.Project management that contains both technical and commercial elements, including customer's specification study, quotation, prototyping, evaluation, production process preparation, as well as order following-up.
6.Ensures that commercial as well as technical terms and conditions are negotiated with customers and the negotiation are well-documented
7.Customer satisfaction with regard to Technology, Quality and Service
8.Closely cooperation with European colleagues
9.Coaching the sales force to build up strong competency
10.Continuous improvement activities in marketing/sales
11.A member of the Management Group, participate in the company's strategic planning and decision-making process.

Job Requirements:
1.University degree in mechanical engineering or industrial automation
2.At least 10 years' experience in mechanical industry, among which 5 years in marketing or sales function. Experience from food or medical industries highly preferred
3.Good knowledge in project management, ERP system, production processes as well as cost calculation
4.Fluent in English, both spoken and written
5.Overseas living experience a plus, especially in European countries
6.Result-oriented, can work under pressure and interested in technology
7.Ability to build a long-term customer relation
8.Good communication skill and a team player
9.Willing to travel for visiting customers and attending exhibition
