职位描述：
Responsibilities

• Good supervision/management experience on Data Center facility operations, which included but not limited to the VRV, Chiller, CRAC, CRAH, PAU, FCU, AHU and Exhaust system etc.
  
• Familiar with water treatment, water supply and drainage system and free cooling system
  
• Collect and organize the system drawings and equipment information ,and regularly updated
  
• Responsible for troubleshooting, incident root-cause analysis, operations reliability improvement, energy monitoring & conservation and innovation engineering.
  
• Responsible for the team training and ensure the site facility team member be clearly aware of company’ requirement 。
• Manage and supervise the assigned site facility team and ensure the company task be fully fulfilled
  Review, develop and implement engineering processes and continuous improvement programs.
  
• Prepare the annual maintenance plan to the site
  Manage facility vendors’ performance and the service level within agreed SLA。
• Leading to complete assigned tasks.
  
• 24hr x 7 days on duty for any emergency calls

Minimum Requirement:

• 3-5 years working on the HVAC engineer with experience at Data Center preferred.
  
• Experience providing technical support to computerized maintenance management systems or other Facilities application software.
  
• University degree in building service,
  

• HVAC is required
  English, communication skills and interpersonal skills, patient and circumspection.
  
• Strong analytical skills.
  
• Good computer skills, be familiar with AutoCAD
  Fluent in English language.
  
• Proactive, self-starter who will take initiative.
