招聘职位：项目经理

主要职责：
-按照客户的项目时间和预算，制定计划、执行和交目的
-和客户保持和发展有效沟通
-按照项目开发成本和计划，制定项目计划
-分析、建立、管理项目，文档归类，和跟踪项目变化
-（通过电子邮件，或 PMS等工具）来解决项目需求、约束、计划、预算等相关事宜
-定期向直系经理项目经理、总经理和所有项目干系人汇报项目进展
-有能力同时管理多个项目，项目需要时加班（紧急问题）

应聘者具备技能：
-2年的专业经验，市场营销或广告，包括在企业环境中，项目经理职位经验
-良好的沟通技巧：小组讨论，头脑风暴和团队工作
-项目管理经验，项目开发过程和所需工具
在微软Office，计算机熟练。
-有医学和生命科学行业经验者优先
-熟悉创意设计、营销和多媒体为佳
-充满好奇心、有创意、高度的责任心，组织能力，积极主动，良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
-自我激励，自律，能独立完成项目，和与他人的协调工作能力
市场营销或管理专业-学士学位
-流利的普通话和英语

Job offer – Project Manager

Company background:

- Drcom is a Life Science consulting and communication agency specialized in SFE and multichannel marketing.
- We help pharmaceutical companies to improve their communication strategy, to create stronger campaigns and contents to deploy their IMC and digital initiatives.
- We build strong partnership with our customers to get in-sync with their global vision and allow faster and easier process.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget for clients.
- Develop and maintain close relation with clients effectively.
- Gather Technical and Functional Requirements to estimate project’s development cost and planning.
- Analyze, build, and manage Project Specifications Documentation and track changes.
- Troubleshoot/discuss with onshore Project Managers or customers (via email, messenger, PMS tool) to resolve matters related to project requirements, constraints, schedule, budget, etc.
- Report to Senior Project Manager and General Manager and communicate extensively to all project stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ready to work overtime on request (for problems or urgent issues).


Candidate profile and skills required:

- 2+ years professional experience in Marketing or Advertising, including experience in a Project Manager position in a corporate environment.
- Good communication skills: group discussion leading, brainstorm and team working.
- Good knowledge and experience with project management, development process and tools.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Medical or Life Science Industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with creative design, marketing and multimedia is a plus.
- Curious, creative, dynamic, responsive, highly responsible, well-organized, pro-active, dare-to-lead with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently and harmoniously with others.
- Bachelor degree of Marketing or Management with self-taught or hobby in technology
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
