Team introduction:
TMP team was established in Apr 2013, provide dedicated service (one stop service) to top sellers in Greater China, who contribute more than 40% GC GMV.
Team value
- Providing one-stop service through both email and phone channels.
- Service time includes not only office hours (9am-6pm) but also non-office hours (6pm-12am)
- Outbound service to follow up sellers’ requests instantly
- Handling requests from sellers and supporting their AMs
- Working with BU, BM, & GC Risk &Trust team closely to help sellers’ business growth
Specific Duties:
o Respond to email/phone inquiries, solve customer’s inquiry timely
o Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
o Troubleshoot and identify issues
o Research accounts and transactions to investigate solution to contact issue
o Provide accurate and complete solution to contacts
o Show politeness and a willingness to assist
o Take ownership for resolution of the contact
o Create a relationship of trust between members and eBay
o Summarize and provide customer feedback to management
o Perform related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
o Having customer service experienced required – preferably in a call center, internet
o Good Cantonese speaking capability. Native Cantonese preferred
o Good oral and written English skill
o Bachelor Degree or Equivalent work experience preferred
o More than 1 year experience in a customer support environment preferred
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Effective skills with internet navigation
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet
o Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated
