职位描述：
1. Job Summary工作概况:
Organize and carry out the project plan, realize project objectives. Be responsible for coordination and maintenance with varying departments.

2. Duties and Responsibilities主要职责:
2.1. Organizing, realizing and monitoring of the entire project coordination from inquiry to serial production.
组织，实施以及监督整个项目协调。
2.2. Building relationship to existing and new customers in the automotive branch.
维护现有客户，以及开发新客户。
2.3. Customer care and developing of new business.
客户服务及开发新业务。
2.4. Providing timely quotation of new business by internally driving the quote process
通过控制内部报价流程，及时提供新业务的报价。
2.5. Technical support for local and global projects
当地及全球项目的技术支持。
2.6. Technical and commercial offer and order processing incl. data handling, document maintenance, contract review and calculation
技术及商务报价，订单出处理，包括数据处理，文件维护，合同审核评估
2.7. Service and present components and modules on trade fairs, road shows and customer presentations
呈现产品部件及样品，在汽车展会上，巡回展出，客户介绍。
2.8. Work out new ideas, concepts and applications as well as their patent protection for the automotive industry
提出新的建议，概念，应用除去汽车行业专利保护的。
2.9. Realization of the given aims in the interest of the role
实现职位既定的利润目标
2.10.Work out business plans, product strategies and product stories
制定业务计划，产品策略及产品描述。
2.11.Managing research as well as advanced development projects in a matrix organization

2.12.Tool and jigs ordering as per specification

3. Job Specifications 岗位要求:
4.1. General requirements: 基本素质要求
4.2.1.Bachelor degree in engineering or relevant.
本科学历，工程或相关专业
4.2.2.Min 8~10 years’ experience in automotive industry project management position
至少8年以上汽车行业项目管理职位经验
4.2.3.Good spoken, reading and writing English
英语听说读写流利

4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements: 专业技能要求
4.2.4.Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, PMP and IATF16949
熟悉APQP, PPAP, FMEA, PMP及IATF16949
4.2.5.Good Communication skills.
良好的沟通技巧
4.2.6.Strong cross-function alignment skill, planning and responsibility/accountability
