职位描述：
岗位要求：
1、女，大专及以上学历
2、2年以上物业管理经验；
3、具有专业的保洁实操技能和管理经验，能协助管理保洁团队；
4、熟练使用办公软件；
5、具备良好的沟通协调能力与突发事件处理能力；
6、良好的英语听说读写能力优先；
职位描述：
1、依照项目合同要求，协助项目经理对项目日常工作的开展与管理；
2、与甲方客户积极保持互通，确保并有效提升管理品质，提升客户满意度。
3、协助负责项目日常巡查，及时发现各类隐患、问题并予以妥善处理；
4、协助负责制订项目培训计划，并组织、督导各类计划有效施行，以提升项目服务人员的工作技能及服务意识；
5、协助负责监管项目清洁设备、各类物料的使用，确保机器设备规范使用，有效节约并控制各类成本支出；
6、协助快速应对并处理项目突发、紧急事件，并依公司规定及时汇报；
7、协助贯彻公司各项规章制度，并与公司各对口部门保持良好的沟通；
