Description: HR Manager
Job location: Suzhou
Reports to: Plant Manager
Job Purpose:
This leadership and management position will be responsible for organization design; workforce planning; recruitment; talent development; payroll and all other HR functions. The HR Manager will work closely in support of the GM and other department heads to ensure the organization is staffed with talented and motivated employees. The immediate priority for the HR Manager is to develop job descriptions for critical hires, recruit and fill those positions for the start-up operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to make an early positive impact on the company’s entry to China for career and personal advancement.
领导和管理组织架构设计;人力资源规划;招聘;人才开发;薪资和其他人力资源职能。人力资源经理协助总经理以及与其他部门密切支持配合以确保组织架构拥有有资历的人才和激励员工。人力资源经理的当务之急是制定关键员工的职位描述,招聘和填补这些职位的启动操作。
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, interpret and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local employment regulations
根据当地的政策建立和制定人力资源相关的管理制度和流程
- Formulate and drive HR strategy to attract, develop and retain talent
规划和主导人力资源策略吸引和保留人才
- Lead and manage all recruitment activities in China including job posting; search; interview; compensation & benefits and offer.
主导和管理所有招聘活动包括发广告,找候选人,薪资福利以及录取
- Develop and manage the annual performance review process
发展和管理年度绩效考核流程
- Monitor and update HR related budgets including manpower, training and compensation
监测和更新人力资源相关的预算包含人头,培训和福利
- Establish relationships with external organizations including government agencies; recruitment agencies, training consultants and other professional associations
建立良好的外部关系网络包括政府相关的机构,人力资源公司,培训机构以及其他专业的组织
- Manage and resolve day to day employee relations and issues
管理和解决日常的员工管理和员工问题
- Ensure that the company culture is instilled across the entire organization
确保积极正确的公司文化在组织架构内的引导和宣传
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline
人力资源管理以及相关的学士学历
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience in a fast pace environment
不低于7年的工作经历
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to proactively communicate at all levels of an organization
突出的沟通和协调与外部组织关系的能力
- Problem solver with strategic thinking skills and strong business acumen
