职位描述：
1. Bachelor degree
2. More than 2 year secretary experience in multinational organization.
3. Fluent in oral English, good for writing and familiar with Office soft
4. Good communication skill and team work
5. Willing to hard work and overtime
1. To assist Plant Manager/Directors manage the inter-relationship and coordinate each department.
2. Responsible for the business activities arrangements and customer reception.
3. Assist Plant Manager/Directors to do with some public relations affairs.
4. Help Plant Manager/Directors to make the agenda and arrange management meeting, follow up，and document archive.
5. In charge of the visa application, work permit, residential permit and other oversea travel arrangement, also support US for their invitation letter.
6. Hotel room, Air-plane tickets booking, managing the corporate price, summary expense reporting monthly.
7. Coordinate the transportation for company business need, meanwhile supervising company driver’s performance.
8. Help Plant Manager to keep the company chop and make the record for each application, special request need inform Plant Manager before put the company chop on the application letter.
9. Keep the upstairs meeting room in good and clean condition.
