职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
●指定店铺销售目标达成
- 根据销售目标，制定店铺销售计划及预估
- 达成月度/季度/年度销售目标，及设定的KPI指标
- 监督店铺销售表现，提供分析数据，并建议合适的行动计划
- 控制及管理店铺的库存，保证安全库存
- 新店铺的开拓，既存店铺的调整
- 同店方管理层保持良好沟通，协调解决管理问题
- 店铺形象建设、市场销售秩序维护
- 店铺销售报表的正确制作及按时提交
●BA团队管理
- BA团队的招募、管理、培养、考核及调整
- 定期召开BA销售会议，分析销售达成情况，制定必要的改进计划
- 与BA团队紧密合作，确保店铺销售目标及市场活动及时并有效达成
●经销商协作
- 与经销商共享店铺销售数据
- 与经销商定期会议，分析店铺销售及其它情况，共同商议调整方案
●其它
- 合理管控店铺销售费用的使用
- 监控竞争品牌活动并提供月度报告
- 和其它部门（培训、市场、采购、客户服务等）进行有效互动
KEY COMPETENCIES：
大学专科及以上学历
3年以上化妆品行业销售管理经验，具有百货店渠道销售经验者优先
能够适应高强度、快速、竞争性的工作条件
具备较好的计划组织能力与沟通协调能力
熟练使用excel、word、powerpoint等软件
