Responsible for project delivery and customer field service in China.
Responsibilities:
? Planning, organizing and controlling of onsite installations, commissioning, Repairing and Maintenance for customers.
? Coordinate with internal operation team and sales team to ensure project delivery and lead time.
? Controls service expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Relationships and Roles:
? Project installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance to get customer confirmation and final acceptance.
? Handle customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
? Project schedule and cost control.
? Maintains contact with end customer’s operations, service and maintenance to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
? Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all customers.
? Troubleshoots customer problems with our equipment.
? Provides information for Aftersales to increase sales on spare parts.
? Provides information on product application and technical assistance.
? Performs technical training on products and applications to customers and resellers.
? Provides support to sales manager and Aftersales through assistance with service.
? Conduct field tests with KAM to sharpen engineering and product performance.
? Recommend product improvements to Product Development Team.
? Interacts with Quality departments to work as a team to provide our customers with excellent service
Job Specification:
? Engineering degree
? Willingness to travel (occasionally travel during National Holiday and weekend)
? Strong dust collector understanding of customer issues and ability to solve customer issues
? Ability to communicate technical information to customers Experience in dust collection, air movement or related industries.
? Computer skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and CAD.
? English communication capability by oral and written.
