职位描述：
岗位职责 Job Responsibility
1.新项目成本要素测算及前期投入和产出测算评估
Calculation of cost factors of new project and evaluation of prophase input and output
2.项目实施过程中实际与预测差异比较分析（销售额，成本费用等数据）
Comparative analysis of actual and forecasted variance from project kick-off (sales, cost, etc.)
3.季度销售预测、财务数据更新
Update sales forecasts, financial data quarterly
4.定期核算、更新公司产成品成本、人工及机器费率等。
Regular accounting, update the production cost of the company, labor and machine rates.
5.月度成本分析报告（产能、效率、库存周转天数、降本等等）
 Monthly costing reporting analysis (Efficiency, Effectiveness, Inventory Days, Cost Reduction, Etc.)
6.根据财务分析，协助定义降本的可能性（流程、人力等）
Support to define cost reduction opportunities (process, labor etc…) based on financial analysis;
7.维护销售、财务数据信息的准确性，
 Maintains proper filing systems to ensure all information is properly stored
8总经理安排的其他工作
Other tasks assigned by GM
岗位要求： Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，会计、财务或相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance or related,
2. 至少3年以上财务、或销售相关工作经历，汽车行业优先考虑
Minimum of three years of experience in finance, sales,in automotive industry is preferred
3. 有制造行业报价和成本经验
Quotation experience and cost understanding for manufacturing processes
4. 良好的组织、沟通技能，英语听说读写熟练
Good organizational and communication skills in Chinese and English both verbal and written
5.数据敏感
Be sensitive with figures
6.熟练使用Microsoft 等相关数据处理软件
Be familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and data analysis system
7.能够快速响应，认真，负责，仔细，逻辑清晰
Be capability for accurate & quick response, responsible, careful and logical 举报 分享
