PURPOSE
Responsible for distributors' management and analysis such as BK/BL/inventory/pricing analysis and other audit jobs to monitor and guide distributors’ business.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be responsible for the quotation and price management for distributors.
- Data gathering, analysis and reporting.
- Interacts with cross-functional teams to ensure the quotation are sent as per the timelines.
2. Arrange quarterly meeting and prepare related meeting materials.
- Regular quarterly report prepare
- Coordinate with other distribution function team
- Other tasks assigned by team leader
3. Manage all kinds of distributor reports and collect customer records report timely
- OEM prodcution data
- POS, Inventory - customer records
4. Analyze distributor’s BK,BL, inventory data and get the reason behind for trend changes
REQUIREMENTS
? 3~5 years related work experience
? Bachelor in Science/Business Administration, Economics or the other related
? Excellent Excel Pivots, Word, PowerPoint skills
? Good logical thinking, sensitive with data
? Good interpersonal skills to coordinate different functions for accurate data analysis
