职位描述：

Key Responsibility

· Placing the orders in the Oracle system and Coordinate with Suppliers and make sure all the goods are delivered in time to vessels and ship manager’s appointed destination.

· Issue RFQ, supplier negotiation and order accordingly; Keep records of purchasing savings; Support accounting department for Invoice and order regularization.

· Check compliance of supplier deliveries in terms of delivery time and quantity. Record suppliers corresponding performances for all listed.

· Assist to find suitable freight-forwarder and right way for delivery.

· In charge of the shipments arrangement and shipping documents issuance（Ex. customs clearance, packing list, proforma invoice） which should meet the requirements from customers.

· In charge of local freight forwarder and shanghai warehouse’s relationship. Check stock Exit / Entry

· Follow-up deliveries and payments status. Provide to ship managers and Dubai procurement team regular update about their orders.

· Confirm & finish the reception with the accounting & related parties.

· Date Processing: Input information into ERP (Oracle), deal with the reception of orders into system; Record shipment costs.

· Working closely with overseas purchasing and logistics officer and ship managers; and provide active report to make sure the smooth supply chain management. Any other trading assignments from Purchasing Team Leader, due to the development of company.

Requirement:

o Bachelor or above degree with major in Logistics, International Trade...

o 5 years related working experience

o Good written and spoken English, and good computer skills

o Good personal organization, honest, active, good team spirits

o Business trips if necessary
