职位描述：
工作内容：

1) 根据本区域营销计划，完成销售指标；
2) 开发和管理指定区域内的经销商渠道。
3) 有效帮助客户解决问题，并提供必要的技术服务支持；
4) 完成相关销售报表及出差计划；
5) 维护及提升与行业伙伴的良好合作关系，如经销商、设计公司等；
6) 收集辖区的市场信息及负责竞争对手分析，向销售总监及时反馈相关需求信息、客户意见和市场情况；
7) 协助销售总监完成年度销售指标、重点客户拜访、合同/定单跟进、货款催收、营销分析等工作；
8) 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1) 性别不限
2) 英语良好，能作为工作语言。
3) 大专以上，市场营销/工民建/建筑学等相关专业者优先；
4) 3-5年建材行业、中高档建材类产品和工程项目销售经验或渠道经验、建筑地材销售工作经验者佳；
5) 具有丰富的客户资源和相关人脉关系；
6) 具备产品销售的分析、判断和推广能力；
7) 具备较强的市场拓展、项目协调、商务谈判和沟通能力；
8) 亲和力强，形象气质佳，愿意创新及改变，有团队精神；
9) 良好的人际关系能力和敏锐的市场洞察力。
10) 能适应出差，抗压能力强；
