Identification
Job title: Autoliv China Electronics Demand Planning Specialist
Department / Function: Demand Planning. Report to Demand Management Leader
Mission:
? Under the responsibility of the Demand Planning Leader, the Demand Planning Specialist should work with Demand Planning Leader on the Demand Planning deployment.
? Short-term and Long term capacity planning.
? Demand and Capacity database maintenance.
? Assistant finish the demand analysis, and forecast deviation measure and tracking.
Main tasks:
? Participate in establish demand database covering AMIS data, customer EDI, actual customer consumption, process capability data, etc.
? Database maintenance.
? Long term (EQ/FC) and short term (Monthly) capacity planning, identity risk and give the proposal solution.
? Trace/measure actual volume vs. documented key assumptions.
? Study capacity and response other department’s capacity survey request.
? Assistant Demand Management Leader to measure and drive improvement of demand planning accuracy.
? Lead and tracking products transfer.
Competences:
Level (diploma) required:
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Experience:
? 3 years working experience in a multinational manufacturing company with manufacturing, customer service & logistics, marketing, and minimum 2 years related to demand planner role.
? Related experienced on project/products management.
Technical skills required:
? Excellent skills of numeracy and statistical.
? Good ability of problem solving and multi-tasked abilities
? Occupational health & safety knowledge.
? Background in S&OP (sales and operations planning), supply chain planning, and demand planning process is preferred.
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
? Ability to perform under pressure, team player.
? Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
? Executive ability.
Languages:
? Good English and Chinese
