工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES
Planogram Management
? Management of all permanent stands
? Management of quarterly planogram updates using data, analysis and resources of the sales and marketing teams.
? Management and tracking of all Capital Expenditure based on approved roll out plans by marketing/sales teams
? Management and tracking of expenses associated with all AD HOC installations, re-installations, store up-grades, shifts in-store
POS Management and Sales Intelligence
? Manage feedback and communication between sales and marketing teams relating to POS and Customer Marketing activities.
? Deliver cost savings to the business, maximise ROI for all in-store POS
? Deliver all POS requirements on time and within budget
? Management of external suppliers & below the line agencies
? Project management of all in-store activity (POS displays i.e. wing ends, gondola ends, off-location displays, counter units etc)
? GWP sourcing and evaluation
? Production of gift boxes and box packaging
? Prepacks and manufacturing orders
? Deliver cost savings to the business
Distribution of POS & Warehouse Management
? Monthly mail out to merchandisers
? Dumping of stock from warehouse as necessary, monitor and track POS stock reports (permanent & non-permanent POS)
? Manage all POS distribution into Coty warehouse
Financial and Budget Management
? Tracking of POS expenditures and budgets relating to trade marketing activity (permanent fixtures, and non-permanent POS) – also provide monthly phasings to marketing team.
? Management and tracking of expenses associated with Capital Expenditure and budget reporting.
Administrative Support
? Raising codes for all temporary and permanent POS
? Raising PO’s and processing invoices
? Updating budgets
? Ad hoc administrative support for Trade Marketing Manager.
Website Management
? Training websites, including updating all new training modules, incentives and online competitions

Qualifications and experience
? Degree in Marketing or related discipline
? Minimums 2 years total working experience, at least 1 year in TM/NKA or counter management
Managed or was involved in TM project, just like NPD, in store activations
Special requirements
? Ability to use basic Planogram software preferred.
Knowledge & Skills :
? Good understanding on DS channel, knowledge on cosmetic or facial care category
? Strong business analysis skills and logic thinking
? Proactive on business opportunity catching
? Open minded on communication
? Good sense on planogram and design
? Good at dealing with cross function work
