Key Responsibilities:
The Receptionist duties include but not limited to:
1.Greeting and welcoming visitors
2.Answering, screening and directing calls. Being able to direct inquires and relay message to the appropriate persons;
3.Mail and post receiving and distribution management;
4.Scheduling and coordinating interview arrangement and internal meetings;
5.Maintaining internal and client contact lists;
6.Managing office logistics including ordering of stationery, maintain good appearance of Merkle Shanghai office;
7.Making hotel reservations for guests/visitors;
8.Making business travel arrangements for senior leaders when needed;
9.Assisting Fun Committee in office-wide activities, such as office parties, team building events;
Key Skills and Experience:
1.Qualified individuals possess the Merkle attributes of being smart, curious, committed to vision, passionate, fun/pleasant, an achiever and having a sense of urgency.
2.Minimum bachelor’s degree;
3.Strong desire to serve, finds great satisfaction in helping others;
4.Warm, enthusiastic, positive, out-going personality;
5.Excellent command of English (both spoken and written);
6.Exceptional organizational skills;
7.Basic skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT;
8.Ability to multi-task;
9.Having worked or interned in a MNC environment is preferred.
