此岗位系某轨道交通设备制造企业，生产牵引变流器、辅助变流器、高压箱、变压器和牵引电机等。公司地址位于吴中经济开发区吴中科技园。该职位主要是协调统筹牵引电机项目组，牵引系统项目组和测试项目组。汇报对象为技术总监。

工作职责 Job Description
-分析客户需求
-Analyze customer requirements
-对生产，采购等等提供技术支持；
-Technical support for operation, procurement team
-支持销售团队，提供技术投标文件
-Support sales team for technical bid documents
-制定系统部件的规格说明，如变压器，电机，变流器，齿轮箱，牵引系统及列车控制系统等
-Dimensioning and specification of components like transformer, motor, converter,
gear box, traction system and train control system
-参与与二级供应商的技术讨论，及质量控制会议等
-Technical discussions, reviews and quality control meetings with sub-suppliers
-提供技术文件，如客户文档等
-Preparation of technical documentation like customer documentation
-完成领导交办任务
-Complete the leader assign work.

岗位要求 Requirements
-本科及以上学历，电气工程专业
-Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
-具有地铁、城际列车、机车的驱动链综合系统工程经验者优先考虑，
-Prefer those with experience in system engineering for drive chain integration of
metros, intercity trains or locomotives,
-熟悉主要部件如变压器，电机，变流器，齿轮箱，牵引系统及列车控制系统等
-Prefer those with knowledge about the main components such as transformer,
converter, gear box, motor, traction system, train control system etc.
-良好的抗压能力和独立工作能力
-Able to work independently and under pressure
-熟悉合同事务并能够评估技术和商务风险
-Familiar with contract issues and able to estimate technical and commercial risks
-优秀的中、英文书面和口头表达能力
-Good English and Chinese communication skills both verbal and in writing
-良好的电脑操作技能
-Good computer skills
-愿意经常出差
-Willing to travel frequently
-有行业或类似行业经验者优先考虑
