ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES/职责/主要衡量指标

§ Manage purchasing activities for Non-stock and Capital purchasing in line with procedures.

§ Ensure that all Quality and EHS requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities

defined in the Company’s Safety Statement when procuring Non-Stock items.

§ Achieve an excellent internal customer satisfaction.

§ Selection and Approval of Vendors.

§ Maintain metrics to track supplier service level.

§ Represent Purchasing in Production, Facility and Engineering meetings to support timely delivery

of service to Operations.

§ Lead and support system and process improvement programs where appropriate.

§ Ensure effective and timely closure on all Corrective Action Requests.

§ Lead key projects within or outside the purchasing function.

§ Fulfill other tasks from direct report.

QUALIFICATIONS/资格:

§ Purchasing experience in manufacturing site;

§ SAP experience.
