1. Implement the specific requirement of advanced quality planning for new program launches.
2. Work alongside to implement the required TRW internal launch metrics and TRW internal
system status updates on program development for on time project key milestones.
3. Meet each gate review with on time conclusive actions and completion of outstanding work
activities.
4. Solve problems with a fast and detailed approach to issues that are gate review road blocks,
work close with the project team and ensure to lead and challenge within the project that
compromise the successful launch of projects planned.
5. Coordinate all customer quality audits of specific products.
6. Handling customer complains to ensure the fast and efficient response for customer
satisfaction.

Qualification Required:
1. Bachelor degree major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related.
2. 5+ years working experience in Quality of High Volume production environment, 1 year
Automotive working experience is preferred.
3. Good German and English communication skill both oral and written.
4. Understand and follow ISO TS 16949 & ISO14001 requirements.
