-Able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

职位职责：

-Work closely with department head to identify recruiting needs.

-Accurately select recruiting channels to ensure recruiting efficient completion

-Take use of professional interview method to identify and select right people.

-Develop & manage internal & external recruiting resources.

-Lead recruiting related projects including campus recruitment.

-Systematically analyze talent market & competitor status.
