Position Description
- Will be part of analog design team for high performance mixed-signal products.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Masters degree plus 2~3 years of industry experience or PhD in the field of analog IC design Experience in transistor-level design of one or more of the following areas are required: ADC, DAC, Analog filter, VGA, wideband amplifier, High performance voltage regulator, or PLL.
- Strong understanding of analog circuit design fundamental;
- Strong understanding of physical layout Consideration;
- Good knowledge and experience in schematic, layout and analytical CAD tools.
- Good knowledge of lab equipment and testing. Able to carry on design task from circuit design, layout all the way to lab debug aracterizations.
- Good documentation skill, good communication skill and good team work

职责描述：
将成为高性能混合信号芯片设计团队中的一员。

任职要求：
1. 硕士学历2年以上模拟集成电路设计经验或者博士学历，具有ADC, DAC, 模拟滤波器, 增益可调放大器, 宽频放大器, 高性能稳压器, 锁相环等至少1个以上电路的管级设计经验及成功流片经验。
2. 深刻了解模拟电路设计基础理论。
3. 具备丰富的模拟版图设计经验。
4. 熟悉模拟电路设计原理图和布局，能够熟练使用模拟/混合信号仿真及验证分析工具。
5. 具有芯片测试和使用实验室设备的丰富经验，能够从电路设计，布局等各方面去排除测试中所出现的各类问题。
6. 有较强的阅读/写作能力和良好的沟通协调能力，敬业和良好的团队合作能力。
