职位描述
1. Organisation :
1) report to the General Manager
2) control directly the production team : 5 to 20 workers
3) Collaborate with the purchase & logistics manager and with the technical engineer
2. Assignments :
1) Supervise all the production process, and the workers
2) Plan the sales orders according to the customer requests
3) Control the production planning and the whole supply chain
4) Organize the workshop, control all the operations in the workshop
5) Organize the warehouse, control the reception of goods and the shipping of products
6) Train and inform the workers on the assembly procedures
3. Education & experience:
1) Master in Mechanic or Electric Engineering
2) 5 years experience as leader into a production environment
4. Skills :
1) People manager
2) Good technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical areas
3) Good knowledge of English : speaking, reading, writing
4) Use of ERP system (incl. MRP calculation)
5. Targets :
1) Quality : responsible for the quality of the finished products according to the AS standard
2) Lead time : insuring the orders are shipped to the customers on the promised time
3) Stock : insuring the stock level remains into the agreed limits
4) Productivity : improving continuously the productivity in the production process and the supply chain
6. Other tasks :
1) Keep the workshop clean, tidy and safe
2) Insure the maintenance of the production tools
3) Establish the discipline in the production team
4) Establish and follow the key performance indicators of the production
7. Guidelines provided by AS:
1) Workshop layout
2) Assembly procedures
3) Production process
4) Quality standards and specifications
5) Technical drawings
