职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Survey, analyze, and sort out clients' talents demands of .dual eduction system. training;
2. Coordinate, communicate and adjust the training programs of "leadership and strategic management" as well as "Skilled worker Trainning" base on German dual education system;
3. Training program planning, training, marketing, enrollment, job and employement service;
4. Provide training consulting, assist in drafting training courses;
5. Students, teachers, training venues coordination, and training process tracking;
6. Internal and external trainer sourcing and management
7. Training materials analysis and sorting;
8. Achieve training goals, clients and trainee development;
9. Team building and coaching;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, German study background is preferred;
2. Project management experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with German dual system training processes;
4. Excellent communication and coordination and management capability;
5. English proficiency, German proficient is a plus;
6. Excellent PPT skills and presentation skills;
7. Able to work under great pleasure, global vision, practical, hard-working;
