The group is an automotive industry supplier. It mainly supplies engines, transmissions and chassis application of high precision products and systems; it's also the leader of manufacturer of bearings in the world.
Approximately there are 67,500 employees in over 50 countries with more than 180 locations in 2010, with annual sales of over 9.5 billion Euros. The Group is one of in Germany and Europe's the largest family business groups.
There are 5 plants, more than 4,000 employees in China, and they are building several new plants in China, the factories will normal operate in 2013. In 2010, the annual sales is over RMB10 billion.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Select, evaluate, approve and develop new suppliers from a quality standpoint
2. Develop regional focus suppliers as part of escalation processes
3. Analyze the production processes and quality management of suppliers, initiate and implement the improvement activities/plan together with the suppliers to improve the quality and reduce costs
4. Assess and manage supplier delivery performances, set up improvement actions in case supplier performance not meeting expectations
5. Train suppliers in regard to Group standards, requirements, quality methods/tools and etc.
6. Provide technical support for purchasing and other departments
7. Support plant quality in APQP activities for top/key projects when required overall responsibility for supplier quality performance
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering or related
2. Strong supplier quality development experience in an automotive international company
3. Rich experience with machining parts and familiar with machining process
4. Good command of TS16949 system and tools (APQP, PPAP, etc.)
5. Good communication & coordination skills, self-drive
