职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and implementing the production line operation in accordance with plant policies and internal production plan
2. Monitoring all process documentation and assuring staff are trained and certified for tasks they are performing, train and coach production line employees
3. Keep up the effective communication (regular short meeting) with shift members to motivate teams to ensure the deployment & implementation of relevant instruction
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, Mechanical and material major or relevant
2. At least 3 years working experience in heat treatment industry, WOFE is preferred
3. Good English in oral and written
