职位描述
Position Title: Quality Manager
Major Responsibilities:
1.Lead the quality assurance function so that all the organization's raw materials, in-process products, and finished products conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and customer quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations, license, and certifications.
2.Monitor quality failure cost, effectiveness, and reliability of quality assurance activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and ensure that targets and standards are met.
3.Evaluate the results of quality assurance and quality control activities and prepare recommendations for top management about significant changes that need to be made to the organization's manufacturing processes, systems, technology, raw materials, inputs, or vendors.
4.Manages the quality system according the ISO/TS 16949 standard, keeps the quality procedures updated in compliance with the ISO/TS 16949 standard and the company quality policy;
5.Manages customer claims with the aim to solve quality issues in a definitive way in order to avoid reoccurrences;
6.Is responsible for all aspects of recruitment, training, coaching, mentoring, managing and supervising the activities and personnel of the Quality Assurance Department
7.Develops and manages departmental budget and departmental resources;
8.Is periodically reviewing the quality performance (for ex. PPM) of the suppliers defining specific actions where needed (audits, improvement plans, ...)
9.Manages the supplier non conformities and defines action plans when needed.
Requirements:
1.Mechanical engineering at Bachelor level or above.
2.Minimum 10 years overall professional experience in quality circle and in manufacturing industry and at least 3 years managerial experience in quality area.
3.Has the common knowledge of ISO9000/TS16949 and ISO 14001.
4.Be familiar with quality management tools such as APQP, PPAP,FMEA, and so on;
5.Familiarity with the main processes needed for the production of the most important family of product developed by the company.
6.Familiarity with national and international standards related to the above mentioned activities(instruments calibration, general tolerance, drawings, gears, threads, etc)
7.Good communication skill in local language and English
8.Good coordination /Good teamwork
9.Good problem -solving ability
10.Be able to face challenges and work under pressure.
11.Good people/team management capability
12.Good computer skill
