Position： Service Team Leader 售后组长

Report to： Department Manager 部门经理

Location： Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China (江苏省太仓市)

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for service calls to record and collect, provide the service information in time.

2. Technical solution for customer and service team.

3. Make basic training for customer and service team.

4. After sales following, feed back the ideas and suggestions about chamber operation from customers.

5. Technical information update.

6. Support service manager to coordinate after-sales service and maintenance.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above in Electric Automation, Refrigeration or Machinery & Electricity major;
大专及以上学历，电气自动化、制冷或机电一体化专业；
2. At least 4 years experience in the related position or industry;
具有至少4年以上相关岗位或行业工作经验；
3. Have knowledge of refrigeration engineering, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, and have mechanical installation skills.
具有制冷、电气和机械相关知识，且具备机械安装技能；
4. Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
5. Good communication skills, hands-on ability and service sense;
具有良好的沟通能力，较强的动手能力和服务意识；
6. High work responsibility, team cooperation;
具有高度工作责任感和团队合作精神；
7. Main place of work is on-site projects for several weeks or months.
可经常出差至客户端进行设备安装。
